Core HR: streamlined payroll with DATEV

DATEV integrations add-on (LODAS + Lohn und Gehalt)

Payroll just got easier! With our new DATEV integrations, you can say goodbye to manual data entry and hello to automated processes.

This add-on simplifies payroll management with:

  • Seamless data exports

  • Efficient document imports

  • Automatic eAU retrieval for compliance

Bulk Imports via DATEV ID

Admins can now bulk import documents and automatically match them to user profiles using the DATEV ID as a unique identifier — perfect for processing documents like payslips.

Reviews: smarter calibration tools

We’ve made it easier to fine-tune performance reviews with:

  • Cross-scale calibration directly in review analytics, even when using different rating scales.

  • Improved usability of saved filters, helping you access the data you need — fast.

Surveys: keeping teams engaged with results

Notifications for survey owners & managers

We’re helping teams stay proactive by notifying survey owners and managers when results are ready. A new notification is sent 24 hours after a survey round ends, encouraging timely action planning.

Learning: simplifying training management

Live training approvals

Admins can now set up approval requirements for specific live training requests, ensuring better cost control and relevance. With a flexible multi-step approval flow, you can:

  • Streamline decision-making
  • Maintain oversight of training budgets

Track cancellations in attendance lists

When employees cancel a booked training session, their name and cancellation date remain visible in attendance lists. This helps admins manage budgets and records transparently.

Document management: improved security & automation

Role-based document access

Manage document permissions with more precision. Super-admins can now assign access roles (such as upload, view, or delete) at the category level. New documents automatically inherit permissions, simplifying access management while maintaining security.

Automated document creation & e-signatures

Save time with workflow-powered document generation and e-signature collection. Ideal for onboarding, contracts, and other HR tasks, this feature ensures consistency and reduces repetitive work.

Workflows: real-time automation with webhooks

Our new webhook integrations allow you to connect Leapsome workflows to external systems in real time, with three powerful features:

  1. Incoming webhooks: Start workflows with a URL and user email input.

  2. Outbound webhooks: Send workflow data to external tools (e.g., absence requests).

  3. External input pausing: Delay workflows until external data is received.

These integrations open up endless possibilities for cross-platform functionality.

Platform updates: personalized, automated & inclusive

Preferred names

Employees can now set a preferred name for platform-wide use, ensuring they’re addressed correctly in feedback and other interactions. Legal names remain visible in payroll for compliance purposes.

Automated user attributes

Reduce manual work and ensure data accuracy with calculated user attributes like age, tenure, or FTE equivalent. These attributes update automatically based on time or underlying changes. Custom calculations are coming soon!

Expanded approval flows

Approval processes now support additional managers and HRBPs, enabling smoother collaboration in complex reporting structures.

Global language expansion

Leapsome is now fully available in 17 languages, with even more options for our survey question library — making it easier than ever to connect with global teams.
